-We are an online e-commerce business and all products on our site dispatch directly from our vendors warehouse(s).

Are the products on your site from Australia or Overseas?
-All products listed on our site are local Australian stock backed by local Manufacturer Warranty.
How do I know if the products listed on your website are in stock?
-All products advertised with a stock on hand quantity are in stock (at the time of our daily stock level update)
How can I purchase an “Out of Stock” Product?
-We allow back orders for certain products.
-Back orders are generally available for new product ranges, seasonal products yet to arrive, specials and promotional products.
-If a product is not in stock, the stock level indicator will display " Back-Order" and there will also be a notation in the product description field.
Does iShopTech charge re-stocking fees?
-Returns may incur a re-stocking fee. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
-Back-ordered products generally cannot be cancelled once ordered. If you place a back-order and then wish to cancel the order, it will incur a re-stocking fee.
Can I Click & Collect?
-Collection from our vendors warehouse is available for certain products & locations only.
-If you wish to collect a product from an eligible vendor, please choose "Pick Up" during checkout.
-Some products are still eligible for pick up even though there is no option at checkout. Please contact us to see if the product is available to collect in your location.
NOTE - Standard processing time, as per our Shipping & Returns Policy, still applies click & collect orders. Please DO NOT proceed to the warehouse until we have confirmed the order is ready to collect.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection with further instructions.
I am interested in purchasing a Smart TV, where will it dispatch from?
-All smart TV's advertised on our site will dispatch from our vendors Brisbane or Melbourne warehouse(s).
What is the delivery transit time?
-Please view our Shipping & Returns Policy for delivery transit times.
Do I have to be home to receive my items?
-Yes. The consignee must be available to sign and receive their delivery from the courier.
Can you ship my order outside of Australia?
-No. We deliver to Australia ONLY.
Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?
-Yes. You may select a different “ship to” address to the billing address completed during the checkout process. This is called "Drop Shipment" and no invoice will be attached with the package.
Will orders with multiple products ship together?
-If you have ordered multiple products in one transaction, in some instances they will arrive separately. You will only pay shipping once. Full tracking details for every item will be sent if an order is split.
What happens if I'm not at home to receive my purchased items?
-If no one is home, the courier will leave collection details at the front door or in your letterbox.
How do I track my order online?
-Once an order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click the tracking details link to obtain your tracking number.
What if I receive a damaged parcel?
As per our Shipping & Returns policy, iShopTech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.
-If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim directly. Courier companies have their own insurance policies covering damage to goods in their care during transit.

What is the "CVC"?
- On MasterCard, Visa or GO MasterCard, the CVC is the last 3 digits on the back of the card.
- On American Express, the CVC is the 4 digits that are above and to the right of your credit card number on the front of your card.
What happens after I have completed payment online successfully?
-Sit back and relax! iShopTech will process your order and send a Shipping Confirmation with tracking details once your order dispatches.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
-All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding PayPal e-Cheque).
-Orders placed by PayPal e-Cheque are processed once the funds from PayPal clear.
Why have I received an email requesting proof of identity?
-Our payment system uses the latest security algorithms to measure the risk of fraudulent transactions.
-If you have been sent an email requesting proof of identity , it is due to the transaction being flagged as high risk.
-To maintain the highest security standards we may contact you requesting additional proof of ID.

Can I claim a refund on the GST for goods I purchase on your website under the Australian Government Tourist Refund Scheme refund?
